- During 2024 I lead improvement projects for the accounts payable and accounts receivable departments in Costa Rica. This projects consisted in the implementation of automation tools such as Power Apps, Power BI, Power Queries or bots that help to improve the processes of accounting analysts in their daily work
- I have also been part of the first International Kaizen of GFS where we are looking to improve the Intercompany processes which affect the three service centers of GFS
- Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable projects; in progress
- Currently I am working on improvement projects for accounts receivable and fixed assets teams for GFS on a Global scope. I manage the projects for Costa Rica, Manila and Cluj sites for AR and FA. I seek to automate, standardize and improve processes for these operating teams.
- Apart of these projects I also manage the Global Documentation project for Global Financial Services, Continuous Improvement and Intelligent Automations. The main objective is to ensure business continuity to capture key processes, systems, and knowledge of the teams.
- I also support my team in applying agile practices such as sprints preparation, daily stand up calls and team management to ensure deliverables of projects and good work relationships.

- After finishing my internship, I have continued in the Finance Continuous Improvement department, as a Knowledge Analyst
- I have been a key part in the following projects
- Developed a project in Teams centralizing all training material from the three financial areas
- This was done with a group of financial analysts and the continuous improvement manager who were experienced in their respective areas
- I have also been part of a process migration, providing support with the new documentation
- I organized a training for more than 30 people in collaboration with the director of the financial department, facilities, IT and Human Resources
- In addition, I was part of the Teams project that seeks to unify the information of the business units in one place
