Data Tool for Quoting Analysis CISCO

I developed a tool using an Excel template, VBA code, and data transformation to perform four different types of analyses based on specific requirements.

Data is sourced from internal Salesforce pages, where filters specific to the company are applied to generate data packages. Alternatively, information can be retrieved from SAP HANA databases with selectable filters for data package downloads.

This controlled, documented process ensures sustainability and information backup for future revisions or compensation adjustments approvals.

The research conducted for these analyses enhanced our understanding of the manual process, identified systematic errors, and allowed us to proactively address issues, improving satisfaction for those receiving compensation. Information gaps were documented and shared organizationally, aiding the Life Cycle department and promoting knowledge expansion to close educational gaps.

The tool is user-friendly, with over 100 users. I am proud to contribute value to companies by solving real problems through digital transformation and adapting solutions to specific needs.
