- Preliminary review of different properties in order to advise the best way to develop a project, considering the existing conditions.

- Manage two technical assistants (architects) in the drawing workshop and during the drafting of documents.

- Create SOW, IGCE and preliminary designs in order to review the feasibility of different projects.

- Inspection of site and advisory to the client for all the projects in construction phase.

- Structural Inspection for all the civil works, roads, culverts, retention walls, buildings, water works, pavements, drain systems, earthwork, etc.

- Supervision of all the subcontractors, earth works, water works, pavements, building and wind farm towers.

- Contract and Payment Supervision.

- Civil works inspection, supervision and control.
